Annelies is working as Project Coordinator at the MPI since March 2012, at the department Psychology of Language. She is the link between the scientists and the student assistants. In this position, she organizes all sorts of things for the preparation of experiments, the execution of experiments, and the data processing of the results. Next to that, she manages the database with over 4000 participants, and she is in several committees. She loves to combine her passion for linguistic research with her organizing skills.
Annelies studied Linguistics (Radboud University), Speech and Language Therapy (HAN) and Classical Singing (ArtEZ Conservatory). During her studies, she has worked at the MPI for about 4 years as an assistant, so she feels right at home. In her spare time, she likes singing, dancing, playing tennis, making photographs, hiking in the mountains, and watching Netflix on the couch with tea and chocolate. |
